The objective of the IASC Global Health Cluster Working Group on Guidance and Tools is to (1) support countries to work together in a predictable and coordinated way by providing the guidance and tools necessary for effective coordination and an evidence-based health response and (2) help country clusters to assess their capacities to achieve a coordinated, informed and effective health response and to determine the support needed.
