The ETC service providers and the process owner have tools that are used for cluster activities. These include Information managament tools such as assessment tools , site survey templates and project planning tools. The tools are available for all cluster members to use. Training programmes are also conducted regularly which include sessions on use of the various ET tools. A list of these tools  can be found below .
